  • Subscription fees are non-refundable after activation.
  • Prepaid credits (e.g., call minutes) cannot be refunded.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Duplicate charges (proof required).
  • Service failure (if unresolved within 48 hours).

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Invoice details
  • Reason for refund
